About the Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with a portfolio of named accounts, including both direct clients and service partners. This is a field-first role for someone who thrives in industrial environments and understands how to drive growth through distributed service models.

The ideal candidate has managed a network of resellers, service providers, or field teams, especially in industrial services, safety, or occupational health. You’ll act as the go-to resource for key clients, visiting sites, enabling partners, troubleshooting in the field, and identifying new growth opportunities across your territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of named service partners
  • Provide in-field support and visit client sites regularly to ensure program success and compliance
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with frontline safety leaders, supervisors, and plant managers
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Soundtrace and our service partner network, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and supported to represent our services effectively
  • Lead onboarding and enablement for new service partners
  • Track partner performance, provide coaching, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement
  • Drive account growth through upselling new services, expanding to new sites, and increasing employee enrollment
  • Coordinate with internal teams (clinical, product, engineering) to troubleshoot issues and deliver a high-quality client experience
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with both clients and service partners
  • Represent the voice of the client and the service partner network internally
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, field sales, or service partner development
  • Direct experience managing or supporting a network of resellers, distributors, or service providers
  • Comfort working in industrial, manufacturing, or field-based environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with frontline and executive stakeholders alike
  • Proven ability to grow revenue through strategic account expansion and service partner collaboration
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% to client and partner sites
  • Bonus: Familiarity with OSHA-regulated programs, audiometric testing, or workplace safety solutions
