Role Description
GiveToGet is looking for a part-time, contract-based Investor Relations & Angel Network Advisor to support investor relationship development, angel network expansion, and strategic financing preparation.
This person will help us:
• Identify potential angel investors, strategic supporters, and advisor-investor candidates
• Make warm introductions where appropriate
• Provide feedback on investor messaging and pitch materials
• Help refine target investor lists
• Advise on relationship-development strategy
This is an advisory and introduction-support role. It is not a broker-dealer, placement agent, investment banking, securities sales, or commission-based fundraising role.
All investment discussions, financing terms, offering materials, due diligence responses, and investor communications will be handled directly by GiveToGet leadership and authorized representatives.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential angel investors, strategic supporters, and advisor-investor candidates
• Make warm introductions to relevant individuals in the advisor’s network where appropriate
• Provide feedback on investor messaging, pitch materials, and positioning
• Help refine target investor lists and relationship-development strategy
• Advise on angel investor outreach preparation and follow-up strategy
• Share feedback from the investor and startup community to help sharpen GiveToGet’s financing narrative
• Maintain confidentiality around GiveToGet’s business, financing plans, investor materials, customer pipeline, and product roadmap
Qualifications
• Strong network of angel investors, founders, executives, family offices, strategic business leaders, or startup advisors
• Experience with startups, early-stage investing, investor relations, business development, recruiting, staffing, HR tech, B2B SaaS, or marketplaces
• Strong relationship-building instincts and ability to make credible warm introductions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High discretion, professionalism, and judgment
• Comfort working with an early-stage company in a fast-moving environment
• Alignment with GiveToGet’s mission of making hiring more relationship-driven, trust-based, and opportunity-expanding
Compensation
Compensation will be structured as a fixed deferred advisory fee, documented in a written advisory agreement.
This is not a commission, success fee, finder’s fee, placement fee, or percentage of capital raised. The role is not intended to involve securities solicitation, investment advice, negotiation of investment terms, or handling investor funds.
The advisory fee is only payable if GiveToGet receives new financing proceeds and is based on fixed tiers:
• Less than $150,000 raised: $0
• $150,000 to $224,999 raised: $15,000
• $225,000 to $299,999 raised: $22,500
• $300,000 or more raised: $30,000
The fee is not tied to any specific investor, specific introduction, investment amount from any investor, financing terms, or percentage of capital raised.
GiveToGet retains full control over all investor communications, offering materials, financing terms, investor acceptance, and investment decisions.
A full advisory agreement will be provided before any formal engagement.
Compliance Note
This role is limited to advisory support, relationship guidance, messaging feedback, target-list development, and warm introductions.
GiveToGet will control all financing terms, due diligence responses, investor acceptance, and investment decisions.
