  • Data Development & Insights
    • Create and maintain client health reporting dashboards to proactively monitor satisfaction, usage, and risk indicators.
    • Build QBR data frameworks and visualizations to communicate client value, performance, and opportunities for deeper adoption.

    • Serve as a strategic partner to Client Experience Specialists, in aligning client operational goals with Carefeed's solutions.
    • Facilitate success reviews and discussions focused on measurable outcomes, adoption health, and ROI.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic and Analytical Thinker: Able to translate data insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Client-Centric Communicator: Builds trust and influences stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Comfortable using data visualization tools, CRMs, and SaaS analytics to assess trends and drive adoption.
  • Collaborative Leader: Works cross-functionally to align teams around client growth and success goals.
  • Healthcare and SaaS Experience: Deep understanding of client lifecycle management within healthcare or technology environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in client success, growth strategy, or customer analytics (SaaS preferred)
