We are looking for a Regional Senior Manager to lead and scale our Groceries & Retail vertical across seven countries. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role with full ownership of sales growth, partner acquisition and merchant success.Locations: London, United Kingdom | Tallinn, Estonia | Warsaw, Poland
In most of these markets, we are still the challenger, which makes the opportunity immense. To capture it, we need a leader who is well-connected, execution-driven and hands-on: someone who can quickly bring top grocers and retailers onto the platform, build scalable local playbooks and accelerate growth through relentless commercial drive. This is not a strategy-only desk role. We’re looking for someone who has built, sold, launched, and negotiated, a doer as much as a leader. You will manage a regional team of 7–10 people and work across multiple markets to close deals, expand partnerships, and turn this vertical into a true growth engine.
